Welcome to Tofudie, my delectable vegetarian food blog.
For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for all things food related. I cannot even begin to estimate how many hours I have spent in front of the T.V. watching cooking shows (Iron Chef & Food Safari are my favourites!), or with my nose stuck in a cookbook. Like most Aussie kids, the first thing my Mum taught me to cook was spaghetti Bolognese, the experience sparked something inside of me, and my love affair with food began.
I was a vegetarian for two years, initially making the move for health reasons, I now also eat fish. When I became vegetarian I started Tofudie.com (tofu + foodie) so that I could share my passion for tasty and nutritious vegetarian food with others, and as an outlet for my culinary creativity.
